If you are planning a buffet & seeking something a little different from the usual sandwich based menus, our sharing platters could be the perfect solution.
Containing lots of tiny bites, they can be seen as the dining equivalent of the old ‘pick-and-mix’ sweets. Guests graze more often than at traditional buffets, with dining becoming much more of a social experience.
Food is often served on wooden or slate platters & can be a mix of meat, fish & vegetable savouries, fruit, nuts & chocolate treats.
Examples are listed below, but individual menus can be created if you have a particular favourite, Vegegetarian, Vegan, Halal & Gluten free Options also available.
There are two options available for our Sharing Platters;
Option One: Savoury
Lots of bite sized finger foods such as Dips & Crudites, Indian & Chinese bites, breadsticks, olives, chutney, nachos, houmous pitta, nuts, salami, with sweet treats such as brownies, flapjack & shortbread.
Option Two Premium Savoury
Everything from the Savoury Table, with the addition of Smoked Salmon, Salmon Mousse, Roast Beef & Roast Ham with pickles, Chicken Drumsticks, Chocolate Chunks & Yoghurt coated Raisins, Chocolate coated Strawberries & Marshmallows & a Tropical Fruit Selection.
